Who We Are

"Websites that Work" is not a "website design company."

Rather, we're a strategic marketing company focused on producing websites that work. Our team consists of:

CEO Jeff Berger, whose 30-plus years of marketing experience working with multinational high-tech, hospitality, financial, and other B2B and B2C trendsetters has given him a track record of consistent global accomplishment.
Chief Designer Dennis Randall, whose 10-plus years of custom website creation experience and sophisticated writing for a spectrum of clients means he knows how to deliver.
Associate Designer Dave Moretti, whose 10 years of expertise in front-end corporate website development includes work for a broad spectrum of demanding global clients -- among them Dixie, Subway, Pilot Pen, and many more.

Associate Designer Bill Linnane who, during his many years of government work, was one of the first people on the Internet, and who has been a top-notch technological innovator ever since. Bill has been involved in the Web since it began and knows which techniques work and which are simply frivolous and non-productive. A friend for many years, Bill joined us professionally in 2007. Search Engine Optimization guru Linda Terhune, whose unique competence at unraveling the intricacies of search engine algorithms enables Websites that Work to achieve extraordinary leverage with key global search engines - and with your current and prospective customers.

Senior Writer & Database Administrator Tracy Green, whose extensive experience in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors enables her to translate client marketing goals into compelling copy that generates results. An enthusiastic writer and doodler since her early days in kindergarten, Tracy's work has received many awards and honors including, she points out, the coveted “Mrs. Faulkner’s Student of the Week” prize.  We are fortunate to have her specialized knowledge of marketing and PR -- and of bright and shiny objects, dress-up, and cherry Tootsie Pops.
